the room had everything for a comfortable stay (i was particularly impressed). there was a tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. a full range of toiletries was in the en-suite. the breakfast was a proper three-course affair, and i especially liked the full english option.

The afternoon tea wasn't the greatest. Some items tasted like they were from the previous day.

the room was very clean. it was also spacious. the en-suite bathroom had excellent accessibility features. i found sensory lifting on the mirrors.

i booked 2 afternoon teas and 1 cream tea. the woman told us we were sat in the wrong places. she said the cream tea doesn't get a place setting. i swapped the settings over.

I stayed in a room with a queen sized bed and two single beds. This room also had drink making facilities and a TV. The accessible bathroom included sensory lights on mirrors and a door hinged for easy access. Breakfast was ordered via an app and freshly prepared in the breakfast room. The food was AMAZING!!!

It was a bit of a tricky place to find. I suggest you trust your Sat Nav and Google maps to arrive.

The accessible bathroom included sensory lights on mirrors. The door was hinged for easy access, it swung into the room or out. Breakfast was ordered via an app and prepared once seated. The attention to detail for disabled facilities is very nice.

I noticed that lunch was not nice. The cheese was not melted enough, and the mushrooms were undercooked.
